Cancellation Request

Customers may cancel their service subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated customer service channel or via the user account dashboard.

    Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for annual subscriptions and monthly subscriptions
  • Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and returned via the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Services

  • Changes to Subscription

  • Upgrading or downgrading subscription levels can be done at any time but may affect the refund amount.
