Cancellation Request
Customers may cancel their service subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated customer service channel or via the user account dashboard.
- Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for annual subscriptions and monthly subscriptions
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and returned via the original payment method.
- Certain services or products may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of purchase.
- Upgrading or downgrading subscription levels can be done at any time but may affect the refund amount.
